I like the low cello at 4:24 on this track. The whole album is good, has a good soundstage, and lively imaging, and is not compressed.

I've been digging Hiromi for years. Between Christmas and New Years some friends and myself had a Hiromi party. Pizza, beer and Hiromi DVDs

There's not a man jack (to use the Brit term) among you who could tell the gender of a musician strictly from the playing. Be it positive or negative, to credit or discount music due to a musician's genitals is essentially sexist bigotry. Shut your eyes, open your ears and minds, and just listen.
