Thanks Rob, but that's just albums recorded by Kraftwerk, not covers
I've had a google but it's a needle in a haystack |

Thanks Infinia, but that appears to be an individual track.
Maybe this album was too X cultural, and sank without a trace?

I apologise in advance for being very off topic I have a vague recollection of a caribbean band who covered Kraftwerk in a calypso style - very good.
My favourite kraftwerk pastiche is : http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...25&q=kraftwerk though of course there was the band Autobahn in the movie "The Big Lebowski" |

Rick must be super obscure as the "covers project" is pretty good. It is very Wiki like, in that is updated based on user input.
Jives11 thanks for the link. Of course the best parody of krautrock is Mike Myers skits on SNL ie "Sprockets" very funny. Check out the PA in the attached image. Interesting looking Hi-Fi.

The guy who performs Kraftwerk calypso style is called Señor Coconut.
But the big question is who made the music in question? I would like to listen to it. Hikashu could still be a good bet http://www.artskool.biz/jem/hikashu.html scroll down to where it mentions Kraftwerk but what about Balanescu Quartet they made a record with some really good Kraftwerk coverversions all played on string instruments http://oswaldism.de/disc/balanescu/# click cover number 2 |
