Dohnanyi, Kodaly, Martinu: Works For String Trio / Domus | ArkivMusic ...

Edit: I wish they wouldn't do this ... !! They have not brought the recording equipment up to the same state of equilibrium for each take, and when making corrections. This shows up by the sweetness of the violins changing every now and again - very sweet; somewhat dead; reasonably sweet; etc, etc - with each edit cut. It's noticeable enough to be a bit distracting - consistency is everything ...

They are quite underrated I think.
For me, they are one of the best among the best.
Lets see, when I was at the most sensible of my years, at early seventies, there were golden era of great prog rock bands.
In this genre, my all time favourites are Genesis (Peter Gabriel), Jethro Tull (Ian Anderson) and King Crimson (Robert Fripp).
And of course Gentle Giant with Shulman brothers, Phil, Derek and Ray.
I do not want to establish order among those rockbands.
I do not even know.
Others, like Pink Floyd, Yes etc... only came after them for me.
