Ha! I just finished watching that! Great flick, never seen it before. Some nice dance numbers. Don't forget the Tin Man (Jack Haley) is in it too.
But boy, I could tell that was Silver Springs and Cypress Gardens - not Miami.

The last two or three weeks my listening group has been enjoying I'm New Here by Gil Scott-Heron. I'd almost completely forgotten about the guy and boom! he releases a really fine album after a sixteen-year hiatus.

Attending a live album taping tonight. The band is doing several songs in advance for a recording check- I got invited in. We're between songs at the moment.

Matt the Electrician, Seela, Scrappy Jud Newcomb. All acoustic, of course.
