Nice to have someone around with the same good taste in music ![]() Yes, the quality of the remasters are indeed clear. I had already most of the songs from more or less horrible mp3 sources. Still some songs are missing. For my taste the recording is a bit to maximized and is one of my loudest music all over, i can´t really enjoy on my system when played loud. This was on the Bloodflowers album already. Both don´t sound as good as the wonderfull "Kiss me...." Wombat

Wombat,
The Cure will be releasing remastered versions of all their albums, starting with the first four in late May of this year. Each album will also come with a bonus disc of material culled from the archives of the period - hand picked by Robert Smith. This is where we'll get songs that didn't show up on the B-side compilation. Robert Smith has spent tons of time going through all the old material and pulling out the best stuff for these releases. I for one continue to be amazed at Mr. Smith's respect and love for the long time fan. But in retrospect this shouldn't be such a surprise, as he's always been consistent in his excellence. ![]() m. (sorry for the Cure rant!) |

Kate Bush - The Kick Inside
Tremendously good sounding album for a 1978 release. Aleph-X approved

This is beautiful Cuban music from a too-late discovered artist who died too young; only made 2 albums. "Mountain Music of Puerto Rico" Jibaro Hasta El Hueso A collection of folk music from Puerto Rico |
