Q: Which Bowie perfomance (time/location) - exceptional

I'd like to try and find a (good quality) recording of this live rendition of his song. Does any one recognise the performance/venue etc to the extent of being able to help put a finger on where I should be looking?.

Live in Berlin 2002, I know... but was it recorded to playback medium?

Theres an official dvd on Amazon of the concert but NTSC format only .
For cd 's of the recording theres 2 on Discogs ...
1 - ' COME TO DADDY '
2 - ' BERLIN CALLING '
Both unofficial releases of the September 22/02 concert however the Berlin Calling was released in conjunction with Virgin Asia in a promotion so may be a better option.
Doesn't look like there's an official cd .
Theres a few sites with the track on mp3 and thats about it.
