Default Best Impact/Transients?

Happy 4th all! I am looking for recordings with the biggest impact/dynamics/transients. An example of this would be most anything explosive by Erich Kunzel. What recordings do you recommend? Thanks in advance, Mike.

The Smashing Pumpkins, especially 'Siamese Dream' ; from gentle acoustic guitar, to full-on grunge in a millisecond.

Perhaps you already know about Symphonic Star Trek on Telarc. Track 5 The Destruction of Praxis and Its Aftermath is awesome Be careful of your speakers. Also Kuniko Kato's album Iannis Xenakis is pretty dynamic when she's whacking those drums.
