Sad indeed. Ray ruled! He was funny, smart and talented.
I hope they rerun his entire interview on "Fresh Air" from WHHY in Philadelphia.

The "Good" don't always die young. The first time I heard Light My Fire, I was hooked, been diggin' thier music ever since. I think that even though Jim Morrison's stage persona and ego overshadowed the rest of the band, it was Ray's musical talent that made them what they were.
RIP Ray.
