Problems with ordering from Chesky

Anyone else have problems ordering cds from Chesky. I ordered a cd in mid December of last year. I still have not received it or a refund. I have emailed them several times and had responses such as will reship and will respond. Still no response. I would advise NOT to order from this company as they are not reliable. Regards

Chesky is involved in HD Tracks and i expect spends most of his time on that as it seems quite popular and pays his New York City rent.
