On February 11, 2012, publicist Kristen Foster revealed Houston had died aged 48

Whitney was one of the best voices ever, and now she is a real star deserving a place side by side with others "live fast, die fast" great artists of our time.

Whitney was one the most remarkable female voice with Mariah Carey in past 30 years. I always respect her talent since "Whitney" album.
