Hi guys,
Sorry I am not sure If I have used the right place to ask my question or not. I just want to know what is the meaning of "tonal signal " in audio aplication? Somebody just told me that his audio device works well with tonal signal only. What he meant really plz? thanks a bunch |

What was the purpose of his "audio device"?
Maybe he meant sine wave test tones.

A "tonal signal" is usually thought of as a normal, wanted sound as oposed to just white noise etc.
