What does this have to do with music?
I just got the blu-ray version of the Jeff beck, Les Paul tribute concert.
My old (upconverting) DVD payer died a short while ago and since all blu-ray players are also DVD upconverting, I figured why not get one (even though I had no blu-ray disks) and it was about the same price..... about $100.
For those who are not familure with this Jeff Beck and friends disk, it is great on many levels.
It's a must have for fans of, Jeff Beck, Imelda May, rockabilly, Les Paul/Mary Ford, Gary US Bonds, etc and just great ol' fashioned R&R.
The musicianship , singing, sound, camera work, pic quality, are all fantastic and it sounds great fed through my 2.1 sys.
