Here’s a few (3 piece = 3 musicians, exc vocals)

2 piece:
Black Keys
White Stripes

3 piece:
Cream
Led Zeppelin
EL & P (who if Hendrix had joined , might have been HELP: what a group(?))

Robin Trower - Bridge of sighs/Victims of the Fury
Primus - too many to mention, also check Les Claypool

I agree that Allied Forces is the best...by a good margin. I also stopped buying the records when Rik Emmett left. I have since collected a few of the later CD's when I find them cheap.

I like most of Rush's music, but prefer the older stuff.
