How many versions of Six Degrees of Inner Turbulence are there?
The version that I have is super compressed. High hats sound like they're both 10 and 100 feet away and nothing changes in volume.

By "super compressed" I assume you are talking about dynamic range and not digital (i.e. lossy) compression. As far as I know, the only version of this is on CD and is quite compressed. Not much as far as dynamics are concerned, which is a shame because their music is SO dynamic. If anyone knows if this album is available on vinyl or the like, I'd love to pick it up, as it is a great album musically.
