Hi There;

Try Rick Wakeman's Six Wives of Henry VIII, it's a C3 and awesome.

Genesis - Foxtrot has some great organ work as well

Badger - One Live Badger (Tony Kaye ex Yes)

ELP - Brain Salad Surgery

U.K. - Danger Money (not sure what kind of organ Jobson was playing but it's amazing)

and all of these are pretty much from the old days...

A very nice and cool tune is "Melody" from the Stones album "Black and Blue". Billy Preston is playing Hammond on this tune.

This Swiss band also used a Hammond (which I once helped haul around at one of their gigs):
