This might be pushing it a bit, but Brezhnev, Begin and Galtieri all did invasions, and the line "Maggie over lunch one day took a cruiser with all hands, apparently to make him give it back", is a reference to Maggi Thatcher giving the order to the HMS Conqueror to sink one of Argentina's cruisers after the Falklands invasion

Whoever posts song 15 is supposed to come up with the next theme and no more than two posts per person per theme AFAIK.
