In fairness, you need to be of a certain age, and probably from the UK to have even heard the song (I'm talking about the Saturday morning "childrens favourites/junior choice" programmes on the BBC..
I'm sure I've never heard it anywhere else, and Andy Stewart was always on the box in my youth, but never singing that.

Funnily enough, 'Donald, Where's Your Troosers' went to number 1 in Canada, and, when re-released in 1989, it reached number 4 in the UK.

Didn't Andy do the best ever Elvis impression in the middle of that song! Donald Where's Your Troosers? - YouTube

Well, you live and learn. I really only remember it from Saturday morning radio, along with Nellie the Elephant and Three wheels on my wagon.
