Mylène Farmer Avant Que L'ombre.
Note the falling water with her image projected on it, along with text and other images. And the adulation on the faces of the fans - I'll be one of them on Saturday, final concert in the latest tour. |

Jeff Beck and Tai Wilkenfeld- Cause We Ended As Lovers (You Tube). I wouldn't care if she couldn't cook, food that is.

I was driving back from choir last Sunday and WQXR did a little of Handel's "Theodora" with Lorraine Hunt Lieberson -- she is just incredible:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IQlt1UxjvWU not that it matters, but the recording was 1994 and it was just Lorraine Hunt at the time. |

Van Halen - Hot for teacher. too funny!
Or maybe Stevie Ray Vaughan's couldnT, stand the weather or coldshot. Incerdibly funny! I don't care much for music videos because I'd rather see the artist or band than some dumb nonesnse that has nothing to do with the music nor the words in the song.

I do agree with the OP. Shakira and Beyonce look the same and they change themselves role in that video.Since the Eighties videos have done a big step forward , computer graphics helped a lot but also creativity and being a little naive helps a lot :Yesterday I watched the Ting Tings "Great dj" video and is a good combination of the three elements.
Nobody went to see a Chemical Brothers live act recently? That is a video! |
