I am a big Lisbeth Scott fan – I first heard her amazing voice in “Chronicles of Narnia” the movie wasn’t for me (my son loves it!) but I came away with a love for Lisbeth Scott’s chillingly beautiful voice.

I bought a couple of her releases (Dove & Fair Skye) at kosmicmusic.com and since I’m registered on their site, I get free downloads (!). They have a new release of hers called “The Pie Cry Remix” that aired on an HBO series, "True Blood." It’s a remix of the Biomusique single (Biomusique is her band with Greg Ellis) “Take me Home” from their 10,000 steps CD. I didn’t realize she is on over 100 soundtracks including Spielberg's "Munich," "The Passion of the Christ", Disney’s “The Lion The Witch and The Wardrobe", "Prince Caspian" and so many more. If you like Liz Frazer, Dead Can Dance, Cocteau Twins, etc....you’ll love Lisbeth Scott.

"Peace on Earth" includes her original hot single "Take Me Home" (Take Me Home was such a hit, the Producers of HBO’s “True Blood” asked her to remix it for one of the episodes featured storylines) plus a couple of other originals including the title cut, and traditional favorites like Silent Night and Come All ye Faithful. Her rendition of Silent Night leaves me speachless – its so beautiful!
