So how long/often do you listen to your system?

2 to 3 hours per day does just fine for me...sometimes background, sometimes critical listening.

Power up the system when I come downstairs in the morning, off when we go to bed.
The same as most housholds "Daddy thats' too loud!"
This very moment my son is running "Jet Moto" thru the system, some realistic? sounds... (sound FX) He doesn't mind high volume for his sound Fxs'???
