Default Andy Mckee, not the first but....

As a classical guitarist (and one time shredder) I occasionally search other styles to see what is going on.

I found this and thought it was worth mentioning:

He also does a great acoustic Africa by Toto.

Not the first to use this style of playing but definitely very good at it.

Check out his other vids or CD from Candyrat records.

Check out

Scotty Anderson

Scotty plays mostly jazz, but fast and clean with great chords.
Marshall Coates only had the 5-string bass for a couple of months before this show. The rythym guitarist, Dwight May, is actually a rock & roller. He is the only one of these guys who had played with Scotty before this gig. Yonrico on drums had an incredible sense of what Scotty was going to do next and was always right there.

They did jam for a couple of hours the night before at my brother's house, but pretty much went on stage with no set list and just went with Scotty's lead for about 4 hours.
