i am try to get thoughts on how these sound.they have come to me in an individual box made by goodmans. would it be better to sepirate them into two boxs? what tweeter would one put with them? how do they sound ,in your best words. any and all help ,thanks for all help ! bill.

They don't necessarily need a tweeter but unless your enclosure has a huge volume they just don't have bass. The midrange is sublime - fast and very detailed without any of the Lowther "shout".
I recently heard them on open baffles (mine used to be reflex) and they sound even better. A tweeter should probably be crossed quite high - 8-10kHz. |
