Default Unknown tweeter, (fostex?) help?

I got these tweeters, and wonder about their data. They look very familiar to the RadioShack 40-1310 Super Tweeter, but then again, they seem to be different?

The closest till now, but still different, on back of the mounting ring, and different end-"lid"...
May just be a different year?
