of course there are, but let me preface. after a long search, i found that the Vifa MG27-04 was the best mate to replace my dead T33b tweeters in my KEF 104/2. they sound awesome.
but, this hobby is a sickness. "is there something better?" here are the parameters: sensitivity: 93db or better impedance: 4ohm flange - must be removable. (tweeter must be less than 75mm with flange off) depth: 26mm or less dome: at least 3/4", 1" preferrable. i'd even try hiquphon, but the dimensions and specs are not even close to what i need. or, just bee happy that these little $22.10 danish tweeters sound as good as they do with the 104/2, shut up and listen to music ;-) thanks, Robby |
