Just about anything is better than xover pro, which does not use phase in its calculations.
For freeware, look to Speaker Workshop or the FRD consortium.

Just to let you know, I believe there will be another version coming out as the people at Harris Tech. who make both said "they were working very hard to make it happen" ie. another release.
