I am going to be making a line array of about 25 4" woofers and 25 5/8" tweeters. NSB's with onkyo's. Do I need componants for each driver (an inducter for each woofer and cap for each tweeter) or just one set each for the summed pairs? Some sort of electronic crossover and seperate amps would be ideal I know, but funds are limited. Thanks for any help.

You need only the components you would for one driver, not for each.
Let's see...25 X 4" = 8 '4" without factoring in the cabinet or driver spacing. Do you have tall ceilings? |

You don't need/want individual crossover components for each driver - they will have an additive effect on each other. The same crossover circuit can be connected to any number of drivers - the trick is wiring the drivers together so that you maintain the desired level of resistance seen by the crossover/amp.
This project at PartsExpress, though it has no actual crossover, will give you an idea about driver wiring in a line array: http://www.partsexpress.com/projects.../Kuze3201.html

Wowzers, 25 per side?
When I finally get around to building mine (been sitting on the drivers for over 2 years now) I only plan on 12 per side. I had originally planned 14, but 12 is easier to wire.

Sorry, I mean 18 nsb's and 25 onkyo's . They will be about 7ft high with a base. I am going to give the nsb's a few coats of laquer and mod the onkyo's to get them as close together as possible and remove the phase shield. I might taper the ohms of them, but getting somewhere near 4 ohms might be just confusing enough. I'll post a picture of them when I'm done in a couple of weeks or so.
