filter Totem Arro clone,please help

Hello,

I'm from belgium and i'm going to build the Totem Arro clone. I've got the tweeters and woofers but now comes the hard part:the filter:

The most components aren't for sale, will it work with the closed
for example:4.3uF use 3.9uF or 4.7uF???

A 3.9uF or 4.7uF will be too far off. How about 3.9uF || 0.47uF.
