Acoustic Resonators

I don't know if this is the right forum to ask, since there isn't a "Room Tuning" forum, this forum is as close as it gets.

There is a buzz in the HiFi world now on these Acoustics Systems Resonators.

SixMoon has been writing up review after review in the past 12 months.

Has anyone here listened the difference that these little resonators make, in opening and closing room soundstage ? What I am seeking is a DIY method to make these as they are pretty expensive.

I wouldn't believe this rubbish to be honest with you. Do some research into real room treatments, both adsorption and diffusion. The adsorbtion of the initial reflections should give the illusion of a larger room.

Wow ... over 50 views and only one person is courageous enough to voice their opinion !

Well most people wouldn't even shake Frank Tchang's hand a year and half ago at audio shows thinking it was snake oil. Too many people have said that they do hear a significant difference to be of any doubt.

How does that follow?

You mean if a bunch of people see an image of the Virgin Mary on a tortilla at Juan's Taco Hut, then it must follow that it really is an image of the Virgin Mary?

how big is that thing? it looks tiny.
about 2cm. the wavelngth of 2cm is about 17150hz. i can not even hear that high so i guess i am out of luck.

and where is the titanium? i mean come on

...and lot of people believe putting beaks on the top corners of your speakers focuses the sound to your listening position, thus making the speakers sound better...
