Peerless MT-225 Replacement
I have four mid-70's ESS Satellite speakers which sport 2 1/4" cone tweeters. I have identified them as Peerless MT-225 tweets - response of 7kHz to 20kHz - nice little alnico tweets. The domes on a couple of these are looking a bit shaky and I'd like to replace these four in the process of restoring these.
Does anyone know of a modern day replacement that would evenbe an uprgrade without materially change the character of these speakers? Thanks in advance. |
