Hi Folks, I've got a 2 way ported design going on. A Vifa PL18WO09-08 & Vifa XT25TG30-04. What do you reckon is a good starting point in estimating the bass & treble cutoff frequency ?

Bass - when directivity narrows. Work out what wavelength is the same as the cone piston diameter.
Treble - keep at least an octave above tweeter resonance frequency.

Ouch Richie you lost me for a minute............... whats that in English ? can you give a rough guesstimate ? 2 to 2.5 kHz ?

It's simply not possible to estimate anything given the scant information given. I suggest you read up a bit more about drivers before trying to design blind.
