Hi folks, stick with me as I'm less than a complete novice - How do I find the best crossover cutoff frequency for a two way design ?

Really you need to find the resonance frequency of the tweeter, and get a frequency sweep done of the bass-mid driver. Then you can take these responses into account, or just keep so far away from them that they become negligible.

You lost me on "Really.........." I know the resonance frequency of the tweeter. What would I need to find from the frequency sweep of the woofer to work out the cutoff frequency ?
