Need High level, high pass crossover for 250watts

How would i go about making a high level, high pass crossover, that cuts in at 100-150hz, for 250watts, 8ohm speaker.

My understanding is i will need a non-polerised cap for a high pass filter. will 100v suffice for 250watts ? what value of capitance will i need for 120hz ?
