Default T/S parameters for woofers

I've got some no name speakers that are quite nice, i've searched on some site how to get the FS QT QTS etc....but i do not quite grasp the whole concept for the vas, Here's the full specs writte on the back

HQ Model BW120-8
40oz magnet
160w RMS / 320 Peak
8 Ohms

Freq response 32hz-3500Hz
Res. 32HZ
94db
ENG. Canada
Made in PRC

I've used them in 2.7 Cubic feet Boxes tuned at 37hz that i built for pioneer drivers that were obviously too big, they sound great, but they flutter at around 40hz so i guess the tuning if off, now if someone has the specs or has an easy way for me to get the specs it would be great....

Also i've been looking around for a site that sell rubber surround kits instead of the foam.

You can measure T-S parameters yourself including Vas, but you need a sealed test box of approx 1 cu ft for a 12 inch drive unit.
