Default Assymetrical air core inductors

Hi everybody!
With reference to this post:
is there someone so kind to describe these inductors and how to wind them (or to post a link ) ?

From a quick google search, apparently, a special spiral wind (asymmetrical) helps to abate common mode noise in RF circuits.

Almost every coil I've ever wound has been asymetrical, and now I find that the "Guideing Hand" wanted it that way. Talk about hidden blessings!
