Default simple loudspeaker protection needed

hi everybody...
i'm searching for a simple loudspeaker protection schematic.
i don't need any click or bump protection... and i don't want to add separate power supplies...
I only need a circuit that disconnect my loudspeaker from the amp in case of fail (short circuit, output stage blow ecc.)

i'm waiting for replyes
