I'm building a pair of Dayton iii speakers for my tenage son. I'd like alternate grill ideas that would be more durable. Ideally I'd like some type of metal mesh or something more industrial looking. Something that would hold up to a little more abuse.
Ideas? Thanks, Steve -- www.gpsbasecamp.com |

Hi,
Well use a metal grille ... simply screw it to the front with some standoffs, distribute these to reduce resonance problems. :0/sreten. |

Hi
You might have seen these round metal grills at http://www.partsexpress.com/webpage....ctGroup_ID=141 Or you could visit the Big Box builders supply and check for mesh screens used for stucco construction.
