Default low Qes 3-5" midrange driver without breaking the bank

Following on from this thread:

Suitable midrange cone, for bandpass mid in Unity horn.

I'm looking for a driver where (2*Fs)/Qes=500Hz or higher, so basically I'm looking for smaller drivers 3"ish up to about 5.25" with a very low Qes. I would ideally like something nice and efficient without spending too much money. What does anyone suggest?

Default here ya go

Just posted over on AA. No previoius exposure/experience, but the numbers look perfect. Looks like loudspeakersplus.com is the distributer in NA, although they aren't listed on the site.
