Default Time for a line array

Well, I've got an old set of the Adire Audio kit 281s. (Using their old 8" midwoofers, can't remember what tweet)

I've been very happy with these speakers, but I want a new project.

Since these are an 'odder' looking design (MTM) I'd like to go with something 'odd' again.

I'd like to spend around 800 bucks or so for the components (not including mdf, building supplies etc)

They are going to be powered off of a Nad T752 receiver.

I've got a large sonotube tempest sub, so the low end is handled ok for movies, but I usually don't use it for music.

Bump.

I was talking to a friend last night, and he mentioned that his friend builds DIY amps. (He's an EE student)

Going to get in contact with him, and see if he can't build me something special.

Also, a couple other friends have mentioned interest in building a set of DIY guys as well.

Got access to a $100,000 cnc router, so building the cabs will be easy as pie. Just have to work on my glueing skills.

Machined aluminum cabinets, with cool designs cut into them. Or something... You could make some 1950's retro speakers that look like the planes from back then.

I'd love to have access to a cnc station.

Bump, One friend is most likely going to go with the Dayton 3 designed by Wayne Jaeschke.

He's undecided between that and the http://www.zaphaudio.com/BAMTM.html

I still have no clue what I'm going to build.
