Default Perfect hole for speaker...

Hi people

I have built myself many box for loudspeakers.
I have always used an alternative saw...
Click the image to open in full size.

Now i will mount the speaker behind the panel and I need to make
a perfect circle. (from 8 to 12 inches)
which is the most professional way for doing this?

thanks !

If absolute accuracy is your goal then a router with something like a "Jasper Jig" would be better.

My router already has an attachment for cutting circles, I still prefer to use the japser jig.

The jasper jig is great, I flush mount all my drivers with one.

Don't trust the scale, do test cuts first with your router. I have a reasonable estimate of the error in the scale, and I also marked the jig and router shoe so I always put it in place the same way.

They are sold at woodworker's supply and at woodcraft here in the states.
