Hi all.I have moved recently to Scotland, so the Soup project have to wait, but dont want to waist time....So want to build a small 2-way bookshelf.I got my hands on the WinIsd (finally), so that might be a help.So the driver is Vifa P13WH-00-08 and the tweeter i am thinking of is Seas 25TFFC.If you have any suggestions about the tweeter, i am all ears...I want to keep the Vifa though.....THANKS for help guys...

Jonasz thanks. looks nice, but i have some different shape in mind.Do you know the manufacturer Xavian from Czech republik? Owned by Italian, sounds like dream......take a look on the XN125II.Uses a SS tweeter, and the review is telling that there is a peerless midwoofer.

later i post some pictures, when some progress is made.anyway, thanks to all.

Thanks for the vote of confidence, but frankly that design isn't particularly good. I like it better than the north creek design, but the single P13 and tweeter without a sub is pretty thin sounding and the dynamics aren't amazing. If it was only my design, I'd chalk it up to my ineptitude, but the North Creek design doesn't do much for me either.

I'd consider pair of P13's in an MTM configuration or add a sub. But if you are adding a sub, why not build a slightly larger speaker that doesn't need a sub?

I like my Seas bookshelf speakers a WHOLE lot better than the okara.

Youre welcome....still, for the feel of BASS, i am building a 2-way with integrated sub (Seas midbass, SS 25W sub, Excel tweeter), and this is for my sought for smoothness.I mostly listen to instrumental music, or live performances (sometimes soundtracks). And dont forget Mike Oldfield....Anyway, i am going for 2-way bookshelf, but with different tweeter.
