Is it nesessary to do open end boundary correction every time?
Or only when taper ratio is 1

I am referring MJK´ focal example

Is this same phenomen what is in ported box
(actual port must be shorter than calculated)

Can I use that formula for that?

Is there somebody nothing to do?

Yes, the open end correction should be made for tapered, straight, and expanding TLs.

Yes, exactly the same correction.

A few days ago I updated the alignment tables article to add more steps in the example so that it is easier to follow. Hopefuly that will help people who are struggling to put the right parameters into the equations.
