Are you asking how much attenuation is in your XO?

Hi Cal. what it is, I'm building a 3 way project and my bass and Tweeter are both 91db efficient, my Midrange is 88db. Should I attenuate the Tweeter and Bass to bring them in line with the Midrange, using a L-Pad circuit in the crossovers?

You may wish to put an L-pad on the tweeter but may not need anything on the woofer. It depends on your objective with the speaker. It is easier to attenuate the higher frequencies. Also, a lot of woofers are rated for an SPL at a frequency higher than the XO point so it may not need anything.
