Hey guys,
Am in the middle of a Peerless 2-way ported project, and am about to line the inside of the enclosures with sound absorbance foam (egg carton shape). The stuff i have is fairly thick so i was wondering how the foam will affect the internal volume of the box?
I know that the effective volume of an enclosure increases when loosely packed with audio wool, but does this apply to absorbance lining as well? Or will the effective volume decrease?

Thanks guys, your help would be greatly appreciated.

Daniel
