3 way speaker with beyma drivers

Hello,

I want to make a 3way loudspeaker. System will be used in 4.7mx3.7mx2.5m room especially for classical music.

1.
In my town, I can listen/ buy Beyma Studio drivers.

I don't know what to choose between:
8BR40 + 5MP60N + T2010 250Hz/2500Hz 1st order acoustic crossover. Time aligned

or
8BR40 + MC115 + T2010 800Hz? / 5000Hz 2nd order crossover?

I don't need a lot of power, so I prefer to cross as low as possible, to have a good off-axis response.

2.I can also order (but without listening) Visaton, Scan-Speak drivers.
Are this one worth the price difference over Beyma drivers?

Any other suggestions are welcome.

Hi, with MC115 it looks like you wont need any tweeter at all, or maybe only a supertweeter above 10khz, maybe even placed on the back - but it might not be wise to cross MC115 at 800hz with only 6db - Fs is very similar to a normal quality tweeter, but it is bigger and handles low frequencies better - but 6db/12db is not that hard
 
This maybe a little oversized but at least it's been designed buy a speaker shop in France so you don't have to worry about crossover issues :

6dB is for first variant (with 5MP60N); if I will use MC115 then I will have 12 or 24dB crossover.

I'm not sure that MC115 does not need a tweeter. It is 5-6dB down allready at 5kHz

kepa1: 12" is too big for my room. And I don't want not to worry about crossover. Where is the fun of diy? :))
 
I have started designing the crossover using "Passive Crossover Designer" from FRD Consortium.

Two questions:

1.Why is Raw midrange phase displayed as falling from 1000Hz? (see picture)
I have entered ~ 0 for all frequecies in .frd file starting from 200Hz

2.Is there any way to reduce higher frequencies from woofer (not electrical)? Something like an acoustic filter?
