Default Passive xover question from OB noob

I need help!

Can I wire in series a 4-ohm component set with its included passive xover and a 4-ohm midbass with a custom passive xover to show an 8-ohm load to my receiver? I'm dabbling in open baffle speakers.

If so, what values would I need for a first order-2-way at 200 Hz?

Thanks for your help.
