Default Where to get - Very high quality inductors?

Hi,

Where in the UK can I get very high quality inductors from? I'm thinking of the sort that look like a roll of tape! I presume they are better as they are so big lol! Cost no object, just thinking of a future project.

Cheers!

If no hurry there are US sellers e.g www.percyaudio.com.

They are made by goertz/ alpha core, so you could google around these terms.

Avoid wilmslow inductors, they are not very good.

They sell foil inductors, although I am totally unconvinced by the 'benefits' of foil inductors. They look more like capacitors to me

I kinda thought the same black-cat but I think they might be worth a go, they certainly look impressive!

I don't think this is worth a new thread so I will ask it here... can anybody remember the make / model / link of that speaker with the B&G Neo8 and Neo3 in an open baffle above a large dynamic woofer? Its bugging me that I can't find it!
