Aussies, Behringer ECM8000

I am thinking about buying a Behringer ECM8000 microphone, but have no idea where I can get it calibrated in Australia, or how much the calibration will cost. Anyone know?

I didn't have any luck finding anyone to do it, supposedly they are pretty consistant and i just use a generic calibration file these days. CSIRO will do it but for 4-5x the cost of the microphone

I have one of these mics too, and while I don't know how consistent the sensitivity of these mics are from sample to sample, they do seem to have relatively consistent frequency response characteristics.

I have seen mic calibrators on eBay from time to time that would allow you to calibrate electrical output directly to dBSpl which could be useful.
(1kHz only) They aren't cheap, costing at least several times more than the mic even for a used calibrator.

The ecm8000 seems like a reasonable measurement mic so getting it calibrated or purchasing a calibrator if you need the accuracy may be worthwhile.
