How to test the Hammer Dynamics crossover?
I have wired up the crossover components to the super 12 on small cardboard squares so that each square represents one of the numbered components on the third last page of the manual. There are five per speaker if you include #5&6 across the driver terminals. I would like to test each of the values of these components with my DMM to make sure that my soldered connections are correct. However, I dont know what I should be testing for. Could one of you help a rank newbie by telling me what to measure on each component to make sure that they are correctly connected. This will also help me diagnose problems in the future.
#3 parallel 4x47ohm & 30 ohm resistors
#4 parallel 7.5uF, 1uF, & 0.1uF capacitors
#7 parallel 1.8uF & 0.1uF capacitors
#9 parallel 4.7uF & 0.1uF capacitors
#5-6 serial 6.8 ohm resistor to a 10uF capacitor
