Is Cms (in mm/N) a measure of damping, ie suggesting less severe beak up resonances?

For a mid driver, is 0.3 mm/N - high/ low/ medium?

Hi
I think that term is a reactive component primarily due to surround/compliance and relates to Vas (equal air spring). Breakup is due to mainly to cone materiels and cone rigidity/shapes. Not sure what term relates to the losses (damping) of the surround and spider.

Cms is suspension compliance, not damping. Damping has two elements; electrical (Qes) and mechanical (Qms).

Somewhere in their JAES Papers describes the relationship between TS parameters and minimizing break up resonances?
