If you need a kit have you tried www.theloudspeakerkit.com.au?
Are you happy to build the enclosures and make the crossovers etc or do you want it in kit form? If you are happy to make them yourself here are a couple of designs in your pricerange: http://www.geocities.com/etude317/TL.html http://www.htguide.com/forum/showthread.php4?t=13969 http://www.zaphaudio.com/audio-speaker17.html You could also ask Rabbitz who frequents here as he does kits as well (not including enclosures) www.rzaudio.com |

Hi Jarthel
If you don't mind spending a little more you could take a look at the JV-800 kit from Jaycar Electronics. Catalog number CS-0800, $1200 / pair. Cheers Rob |

Hi
Apparently it's still under development and will be released to coincide with a series of articles to be published in Silicon Chip magazine. If you have their current (2006) catalog, it's on page 249. If not, rather than quote chapter & verse from the catalog, email me and I'll send you a scan. Cheers Rob |

To whet your appetite.
Just for the record, I have no affiliation with either Jaycar or Silicon Chip magazine. Cheers Rob |
